Christian marriage is a sacred covenant established by God, reflecting Christ’s love for His Church. At Lifecentre Church, we are honoured to support couples who are members or regularly attend (twice monthly) as they prepare for a Christ-centred marriage and celebrate their wedding before God, family, and friends.

If you are considering being married at Lifecentre Church, we would love to meet with you. Contact our church office to arrange an initial conversation. We look forward to helping you prepare not only for your wedding day but for a lifetime of marriage together.

Our Beliefs on Christian Marriage

We believe Christian marriage is a lifelong covenant between one biological man and woman, designed by God to reflect His love, faithfulness, and grace. (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:21–33).

Christian Ceremonies Include:

  • A welcome and opening prayer.
  • Scripture reading and a brief biblical message.
  • Marriage vows and exchange of rings.
  • Prayer and blessing over the couple.
  • The declaration of marriage.
  • Signing of the legal marriage documents.
  • Commuion celebrated with the married couple.
  • Presentation of the newly married couple.

Preparing for Marriage

To help build a strong foundation for marriage, couples who wish to be married at Lifecentre Church will typically participate in the following:

  • Meet with your officiating pastor to discuss your wedding ceremony and faith journey.
  • Complete an online premarital course.
  • Plan your ceremony with the officiating pastor.
  • Schedule a rehearsal before your ceremony.

  • Officiant: $750
  • Audio Operator: $250
  • Lights Operator: $250
  • Live Streaming (Single Camera): $250
  • Musicians: $100 per musician
