In 1981, six people planted a church around a singular idea: people need the life only Jesus can give. For Pastors Barry and Joyce, this meant planting a church that would centre on the life of Jesus, or as it would come to be known, Lifecentre.

For the past forty years, we have watched them sacrifice, serve, and give the fullness of their hearts so people could experience the love of Jesus, which still never fails.

Today, we have planted and revitalized as many churches as people were dreaming about what Lifecentre could be in 1981.

Together we are still dreaming about a world whose heartbeats for Jesus. What it may look like to create space to Jesus to every heart. Remarkably, we minister to more people during the week than on Sundays.

When we look to that future, we still believe in that original singular idea; People still need the life only Jesus can give.

In the season ahead, build with us as we continue to create more space in each heart, and in future Campuses of Lifecentre wherever the Holy Spirit directs.

Wholehearted

This is us stewarding well, all that God has given us. We use our time, gifts & treasure to serve with passion, enthusiasm, sincerity, and an unwavering commitment to God’s purposes above our own.

Our Focuses

1. Spirit Teaching Seasons. There is an over-sensitivity to others and an under-sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. We are teaching through what it means to be Biblically Spirit-filled over the next few years.

2. Maximizing Services and Multiplying Campuses. Each Campus is maximizing Sunday services while praying about Campus multiplication.

3. Increase our sending capacity. We are establishing Lifecentre College in each Campus.

4. We care for our church/city well. We do still need good content, but we also need to be growing in how we actively care for one another as the church, but also for our communites.
